ProMedica Physicians Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) , one of Toledo’s premier ENT practices’, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join expanding practice based at the ProMedica Health and Wellness Center in Sylvania, OH .

• Inpatient, Outpatient, and Surgical cases
• Weekend, Holiday, and Call rotation among providers
• Robust support system of Physicians, SLPs, Audiology, and APP Care team
• Services provided at Sylvania office, Perrysburg office, Toledo Hospital, and Flower Hospital

We provide medical and surgical treatments for a wide range of conditions:

• Hearing loss and ear infections
• Nasal congestion, allergies, and sinus infections
• Snoring and sleep apnea
• Recurrent tonsillitis
• Voice and swallowing disorders
• Neck masses
• Thyroid and parathyroid disorders
• Management of cancers that involve the thyroid and salivary glands, the mouth, throat and voice box, and other cancers of the head and neck region

• Certificate of Authority to practice.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification.
• Licensed or license eligible in the state of OH
• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant (PA) applicants.
