**Now Hiring: Painter - FAA Position (1st Shift) | Honeywell Aerospace - Tempe, AZ** **Location:** 1300 W Warner Rd, Tempe, AZ 85284 **Shift:** 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM **Pay Rate:** $21.00/hr | $31.50/hr Overtime **Hiring Bonus: Up to $3,000!** + $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance + $1,000 at 60 days + $1,000 at 90 days **About the Role** Honeywell Aerospace is seeking skilled **Painters** for FAA-regulated work on critical aerospace components. This position plays a key role in ensuring our parts meet the highest standards for safety, quality, and durability. **Key Responsibilities** + Prepare, mask, and paint aerospace parts and assemblies + Read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings + Operate painting and finishing equipment in accordance with FAA regulations + Perform inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment **Qualifications** + 1+ year of industrial, automotive, or aerospace painting experience preferred + Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents + Must be a U.S. Citizen due to export control regulations + Able to pass FAA drug screening and background check **Why Honeywell?** + Work for a global leader in aerospace innovation + Competitive pay + generous overtime + Bonus program to reward commitment + Long-term career growth opportunities **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
