D1 Training Mission D1 Training Arlington Heights is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes aged 7 and up, with a mission is to provide a results-driven training environment that helps individuals of all ages, from youth athletes to professionals, reach their highest level of athletic performance and achieve their goals.
Key Vision For Position This position will have a significant focus on sales and recruitment of new members, developing and maintaining relationships with existing members, and providing operational support to the D1 Training team. Candidate able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, when needed.
Responsibilities - Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
- Nurturing leads through the sales process.
- Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
- Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.
Sales & Marketing Support - Support the General Manager in achieving membership sales goals, including conducting tours, promoting membership packages, and assisting with lead generation and conversion.
- Help implement and promote marketing initiatives and special events to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Communication & Reporting - Maintain clear and consistent communication with the General Manager and other team members.
- Generate and review daily/weekly/monthly reports related to gym operations, membership metrics, and financial performance.
- Assist in preparing and presenting performance updates to senior management.
Qualifications - High-energy individual.
- 2+ years in sales
- 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
Compensation/Commission - Compensation $32,000 to $40,000 Base Salary
- Commission on KPI per Month - $250-$500
- Commission on Special Assignment - $500-$1000
Physical Requirements - Candidate able to stand, walk, and occasionally lift or move equipment and supplies.
- Ability to work in a gym environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
