Assistant Property Manager

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Property Manager in ensuring smooth operations, delivering outstanding resident services, and maintaining high occupancy levels.
·Manage resident relations and retention programs; resolve resident concerns promptly.
·Prepare and distribute resident communications on a regular basis.
·Handle rent collection, posting payments, and managing delinquencies.
·Assist with leasing activities and lease renewals to maintain occupancy.
·Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to stay competitive.
·Support training and supervision of property staff.
·Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
·Strong communication and leadership skills.
·Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MRI software is a plus.
·Knowledge of real estate contracts and leasing processes.
·Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
·Familiarity with social media platforms for community engagement is preferred.
·Competitive hourly pay: $25 - $28 per hour.
