About this Position: 
The BDC Call Center Representative - Sales, is responsible for actively managing customer service outreach, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.
Responsibilities include:
  • Lead Generation - Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquires to generate new business leads
  • Customer Interaction - Responding to customer inquiries, providing information about vehicles and services, and addressing any concerns
  • Appointment Setting - Scheduling appointments for potential customers with the Sales or Service Departments
  • Follow Up - Following up with customers after their visits to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions
  • Data Management - Maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM System
  • Customer Satisfaction - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues
  • Sales Support - Assisting the Sales Team by managing initial customer interactions and funneling leads to the appropriate department
  • Administrative Tasks - Providing administrative support, such as handling correspondence, sales promotions and service notifications
  • Collaborates with Sales Team and maintains positive working relationship
  • Maintains dealership standards for response time
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of dealership products and services preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive service operations preferred
  • Prefer 1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
