Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and promote independence
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals
• Monitor client behavior and report any changes to the care team
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning
• Help create a safe and therapeutic environment for clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in psychology or behavioral health preferred
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in a behavioral health setting is a plus
