Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Bilingual Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting materials, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit-down) to move materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks or containers, ensuring proper placement and handling of goods.
• Perform daily inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition.
• Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and stocking shelves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 70 lbs] and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
