Description of the role: The Body Shop Manager at Eide Automotive Group in Mandan, ND will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the body shop, including managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality repairs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the body shop
Hire, train, and mentor an efficient team of technicians
Ensure repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate with customers regarding repairs and provide excellent customer service
Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements:

Prior experience in a body shop or automotive repair environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and procedures
Detail-oriented and organized
