The Digital Business Analyst will serve as a crucial link between technical teams and business stakeholders, focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementations. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities. The analyst will also be responsible for creating technical documentation, coordinating testing, and facilitating user acceptance.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between technical staff and business owners.
- Contribute advanced knowledge in formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and user requirements.
- Define process flows and functional specifications.
- Document requirements and formulate test plans with QA and other partner groups prior to requesting business user testing.
- Coordinate with users to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.
- Maintain and update project documentation library.
- Lead project team with gaining business user acceptance.
- Review progress and evaluate results for accuracy and efficiency.
- Document technical specifications and design technical solutions from requirements.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including knowledge of its suite and integrations with Salesforce Core Clouds.
- Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders, document user requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence, Release model, Change Management, etc.).
- Experience in documenting technical specifications, designing solutions, and collaborating with QA for test plans and user acceptance testing.
- Proven ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Basic coding skills in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 4+ years of proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, Teams, MS Office, Confluence, and LucidChart.

- Experience with Multi-Channel Marketing Automation.
- Data Analysis & Reporting skills.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certificates: Email Specialist; Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
