Job Description

Position Summary This role is responsible for maintaining master data and ensuring process control within ERP systems used for planning across the franchise. A key focus is on updating Bills of Material (BOMs) in response to quality assurance and engineering changes. This is an execution-focused position with no direct people management responsibilities, supporting the broader planning function. Key Responsibilities + Act as a system expert for operational platforms such as JDE, AS400, and Master-Control. + Provide training on materials procedures for new hires and updates to industry practices. + Serve as the ERP subject matter expert and key contact for supply chain and inventory management system knowledge. + Lead assigned projects related to systems and process improvements. + Support system and procedural readiness for new product introductions. + Assist in implementing engineering changes (ECOs), deviations, and component revisions. + Configure, test, and troubleshoot ERP applications to meet evolving business requirements. + Provide daily ERP support for both operational and divisional teams. + Collaborate across departments to identify and implement productivity improvements. + Support supply and materials planning teams by maintaining accurate ERP data fields, including lead times and engineering specifications. Required Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing-related disciplines. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning or execution roles; recent graduates may also be considered. + Experience with ERP systems, including data maintenance and configuration. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
