**Your Role as a Client Experience Support Specialist**

As a Client Experience Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting small business owners with their 401(k) plans. You will provide outstanding customer support by answering questions, guiding clients through electronic processes, and ensuring they meet important filing deadlines. This role involves high-volume client communication via calls and emails, requiring strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to exceptional service.

**What You'll Do**

- Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Develop a strong understanding of 401(k) plans and the 5500-filing process.
- Maintain department service level agreements (SLAs) for calls, voicemails, emails, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Guide clients through electronic document signing and ensure timely completion of annual filings.
- Keep accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Upload and organize investment management statements in the appropriate accounts.
- Monitor client accounts for pending documentation and follow up accordingly.
- Conduct proactive outreach to remind clients about deadlines and required actions.
- Participate in training and development to become a subject matter expert in 401(k) administration.
- Provide exceptional support across various client interactions, demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding service.

**Additional Responsibilities**

- Utilize e-signature software to send and track client documents.
- Assist Account Specialists with workflow management when needed.
- Contribute to team and departmental initiatives.
- Take on additional tasks as required.

- Experience in the finance industry is a plus.
