Job Description

Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST
Location: Rochester, NY 14623
Duration: 6 months (possible extension)

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, assisting employees and employers with their Section 125 (S125) benefits.

What You’ll Do:
-Handle inbound calls from participants and plan administrators.
-Provide education on benefits, IRS regulations, and company policies.
-Escalate tasks and maintain accurate records.
-Use systems like HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, and ORS.

What We’re Looking For:
-1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred).
-Strong computer, research, and problem-solving skills.
-Associate’s degree preferred, but not required.
-Experience in employee benefits, health insurance, or claims is a plus.
