Job Title : Data Governance Business Analyst

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Qualifications :

• Experience in data governance, data management, or a related field as a business analyst.
• Experience working directly with program/business staff to implement technical solutions.
• Experience engaging with and preparing verbal and written communications and presentations for non-technical staff.
• Experience guiding stakeholders in managing change related to technology and business processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience documenting business and technical metadata.
• Experience with Informatica data governance tools (Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog, and/or Informatica Data Quality).
• Experience working with public health program areas or data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program/business stakeholders to define and implement data governance and data management processes.
• Document business and technical metadata to support data governance initiatives.
• Assist in the adoption of data governance tools, including Informatica Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog, and Informatica Data Quality.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
• Guide stakeholders in managing change related to technology and business processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and data governance strategies.
• Support public health program areas by helping to manage and enhance data assets.
