As our operations continue expanding, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Clerk to help manage and maintain our digital and administrative documentation.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain, organize, and update company documents, records, and files
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all documentation
Review incoming documents for completeness and proper formatting
Upload, categorize, and store documents in digital filing systems and databases
Track document versions and maintain documentation logs
Prepare and distribute reports, forms, and correspondence as needed
Assist with retrieving, filing, and archiving documents for team members
Protect confidential information and ensure secure handling of sensitive data
Support administrative and operational departments with documentation needs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in computer systems, digital filing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (USA applicants only)
Preferred Skills
Experience in document control, data entry, or administrative support
Familiarity with digital recordkeeping systems
Strong file-management and document tracking abilities
