Camp Bow Wow® in Monument is hiring!

We're Colorado's premier Doggy Day and Overnight Camp, and we're looking for a team-minded, motivated individual to join our team.

This position will be part time - (20-30 hours, 3-4 days a week) and availability for both Saturday and Sunday are requirements.

Do you LOVE dogs and want to make money working and playing with them? Well this may be a great fit if so! We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service to our clients - both two and four legged! Our Camp Counselors are the primary caregivers for the dogs at our facility and an integral part of our operation. This position will have you surrounded by happy pups all day long. Most of the dogs are regulars so you will have the opportunity to build strong and lasting bonds with the best animals ever created.

Full Job Description:

Our Camp Counselors are responsible for monitoring play groups of 15-45 dogs in indoor/outdoor play yards and must be able to help keep the facility clean. We need reliable, honest, hard working people that aren't afraid of dogs or manual labor. Ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment is a must!

Starting pays: $14.81

We offer dental, vision and accidental injury insurance.

Job Preferences:

• Have a true passion for animals, particularly dogs.
• Be willing to work with a team.
• Have an attention to detail & ability to adapt in stressful situations.
• Be punctual, and understand that attendance is incredibly important in the pet-care industry.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must have Smartphone for clocking in and out using a scheduling app.
• Must be able to follow direction (Verbal & Written).
• Ability to work in groups and alone.
• Previous experience preferred (but not required).
• Calm demeanor.
• Ability to complete tasks, as instructed, in a fast paced environment.
• Must not be fearful of dogs (Large or small).
• Love for dogs of all sizes.

We are looking for people that are willing and able to show up to help make sure that the pups visiting Camp are well loved and taken care of.
