Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in planning and executing a wide range of events that leave a lasting impression on our clients and guests. As the Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from initial concept development to the final execution and post-event evaluation. Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate various events such as conferences, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
• Develop event themes, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations for each event.
• Conduct site visits to select appropriate venues and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Manage logistical details including catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation arrangements.
• Supervise on-site event coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly during the event.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a portfolio of previously organized events.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools to streamline planning processes.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during events.
