KOMA Taekwondo is a fast-growing, values-driven martial arts school dedicated to developing strong, respectful, and resilient students. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Founder directly across both business and personal tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys making life run smoother behind the scenes.
JOB TYPE• Part-time or Full-time (20–40 hours/week)
• Hybrid (Must be available for in-person work in South Overland Park as needed)
PAY• $25 per hour
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and travel coordination
• Screen emails, respond professionally, and manage inbox priorities
• Handle both business and personal administrative tasks
• Schedule guests and coordinate logistics for a podcast using scheduling software
• Prepare and organize notes, documents, and follow-ups for meetings and projects
• Manage task lists, follow-ups, and personal errands or coordination as needed
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members in a professional manner
• Anticipate the Founder’s needs and proactively solve problems
QUALIFICATIONS• 2+ years in an Executive Assistant or personal assistant role
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with direct feedback and fast-paced environments
• Positive, high-energy, and solution-focused mindset
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and scheduling/project management tools
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional when handling sensitive information
• Experience scheduling or coordinating podcast guests is a plus
