LaSalle Network is partnering with a highly respected, globally recognized nonprofit to identify top-tier talent for a high-impact Executive Assistant opportunity. Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive, ensuring daily operations run smoothly
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and handle confidential correspondence
Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with high-level legal and organizational projects
Conduct research and draft professional communications, reports, and presentations
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Executive Assistant Requirements:

Must have 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in nonprofit, legal, or corporate environments
Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
High level of discretion and experience working with sensitive, confidential information
