We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations and help guide key business decisions. What You’ll Do
Plan Analyze: Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide strategic decisions.
Report with Clarity: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights leadership can act on.
Ensure Accuracy: Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and payroll.
Stay Compliant: Ensure financial processes align with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Manage Risk Cash Flow: Monitor liquidity, working capital, and cost structures to maintain financial health.
Collaborate Lead: Partner with department leaders on profitability goals and pricing strategies.
Mentor Support: Lead and develop team members to strengthen financial awareness company-wide.
HR Support: Oversee finance-related HR functions including PTO tracking, benefit cost analysis, and onboarding processes.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA is a plus).
5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and controls.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
