Job Description

Plantation Preserve Golf Course & Club in Fort Lauderdale, FL is looking for one handyman to join our 89 person strong team. We are located on 7050 W Broward Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Must pass a Background check and Drug Test.

Responsibilities

• REQUIRED : 2-4 years of Handyman Experience
• Handyman and light golf cart repair
• Minor repairs as needed to Pro Shop, Cart Barn, Clubhouse and Kitchen area
• Cleaning of exterior of main building as needed
• Pressure washing exterior of building as needed
• Replace tires on golf carts, water batteries, etc.
• Maintain Restroom cleanliness
• Clean and stock designated areas with required supplies
• Follow all healthy and safety regulations
• Notify supervisor or management team if any major repairs are needed

Qualifications

• Good work ethic
• Good eye for detail
• Self-motivated
• Previous experience a plus
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery as needed
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and familiarity with material safety data sheets
• Ability to work well with limited supervision.
