Build What Matters at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics

Join our Hardware Manufacturing Engineering Team in Chaska, MN to keep critical diagnostic hardware running with rigor and reliability. This is an on-site role reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager .

Impact You’ll Make

• Validate equipment readiness: Plan, execute, and document IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for manufacturing and lab assets.
• Master the records: Administer and maintain design and device documentation— DHF and DMR —with impeccable accuracy.
• Troubleshoot with intent: Apply advanced analytical approaches to diagnose and resolve electromechanical issues and escalate when needed.
• Enable product transfers: Help enroll, qualify, and maintain complex production equipment as products move into manufacturing.

What You’ll Need

• Associate’s degree plus 3+ years of experience
• Facility with test equipment, meters, and small hand tools to investigate mechanical non-conformances
• Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Nice to Have

• Hands-on background with cross-disciplinary systems: motion and temperature control, imaging, lasers, fluid handling, analog signal processing, and software-controlled components
• Experience qualifying and managing production equipment over its lifecycle

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly range: $32 - $37 (good-faith estimate at the time of posting; subject to change)
