*Job Description:**
Courtyard Coconut Grove, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Overnight Lobby Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests during the overnight hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle various tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain a clean and inviting lobby area, ensuring that all furnishings, fixtures, and amenities are in top condition.
- Greet guests as they arrive and assist with check-in/check-out procedures, answering any questions they may have.
- Monitor lobby activities to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist with light maintenance duties, including picking up trash, restocking supplies, and reporting any issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, including safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
