Job Description

Catalyst Cannabis Co is seeking and Inventory Specialist at our dispensary located at 317 Muldoon Rd. The Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the dispensary. In this role you will be expected to:

· Complete weekly inventory audits

· Find, investigate and fix any inventory discrepancies

· Receive inventory both physically and digitally, ensuring proper quantities are received and entered in the inventory system

· Ensure proper costs and prices are set in the inventory system

· Prepare tags and barcodes for products to be labeled before they are moved to the sales floor

· Keep products organized to ensure it can be easily found and stocked

· Complete waste process once a week and ensure waste is properly tracked

· Ensure samples are properly removed from the system when handed out

· Ensure inventory’s physical and digital locations match at all times

· Ensure test results for products are available at all times

· Create product naming conventions and discounts

· Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized and precise. Experience with both METRC and Dutchie are required.
