### Key Responsibilities:
- Psychotherapy and Counseling: Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, and create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic practices.
- Client Records and Compliance: Maintain accurate and confidential client records while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including art therapists, social workers, and medical teams, to develop effective treatment plans. Communicate regularly with referral sources and providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Supervision and Growth: Benefit from direct supervision by a qualified supervisor and seek continued professional development.
### Qualifications:
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in counseling, assessments, and therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to conduct consultations, research, and referrals as needed.

- Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 15-40 hours per week
