Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do? **ROLE SUMMARY:** The Manager, Brewery Experience will be a dynamic and results-oriented leader responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing, activation, and event strategies that elevates Four Peaks Brewing. This role will spearhead the planning and execution of marquee events, drive innovative activation, and brand platforms, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand cohesion and maximize business impact. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of brand building, event production and management, and budget management, coupled with a passion for the craft beer industry, and a keen awareness of consumer trends. This role is pivotal in contributing to the achievement of annual strategic plans and key performance indicators across the Four Peaks portfolio. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, activation, and event plans for the Four Peaks family of brands to exceed annual strategic goals and KPIs. + Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Four Peaks' signature events, such as the Four Peaks Oktoberfest, collaborating closely with brand, creative, brewing, and pubs teams, as well as external agencies and vendors, while managing a balanced event P&L based on defined KPIs and financial metrics. + Partner with the pubs team to develop and support the execution of their annual programming calendar, encompassing both ongoing and large-scale initiatives (e.g., watch parties, marquee pub events, trivia nights, live music), as assigned. + Work cross-functionally with trade, merchandise, sales, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and brand cohesion across all initiatives, maximizing overall business impact. + Develop clear and concise creative briefs for content development, creative assets, and public relations support, providing necessary direction and reasonable timelines to subject matter experts. + Collaborate cross-functionally within Craft West/High End and the broader A-B organization to ensure compliance and support for all legal, PR/communications, social/digital, licensing, and partnership/sponsorship elements. + Maintain close alignment with Craft West/High End/A-B sales teams regarding revenue goals, program details and KPIs, supporting the creation of sales and marketing materials for effective internal and external communication. + Manage individual project and event P&L budgets, including development, approval processes, and reconciliation, ensuring initiatives are executed within budget and providing regular financial visibility to key stakeholders. + Contribute to the development and execution of an annual 360-degree home market programming and marketing plan focused on driving revenue through pub foot traffic, strong brand awareness and consideration across channels, and delivering on the overall customer experience vision. + Stay informed on industry trends, cultural events, competitor activities, and maintain a strong understanding of target consumer segments to deliver high-impact concepts and initiatives. + Other duties, as assigned. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor's Degree required. + 6+ years' experience required with a background in marketing, event production, consumer marketing and/or brand activation planning. + Experience working in alcoholic beverages or CPG a plus. + Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing, activation, and event plans that deliver measurable results and align with strategic objectives. + Demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of event planning and execution, including budget development, P&L management, vendor negotiation, and on-site logistics. + Exceptional ability to work effectively across diverse teams, build strong relationships, and communicate clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders. + Strong understanding of financial principles, budget management, and the ability to analyze consumer insights and performance data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of initiatives. + Experience managing internal/external client teams and/or agencies, with a keen ability to drive engagement and performance. + Skillful at presenting information effectively and clearly; not fearful of presenting ideas or plans to a group of stakeholders or driving excitement through presenting ideas internally. + Creative, resourceful, strong attention to detail, self-motivated and able to move concurrent initiatives forward at once while helping contribute to a positive work environment. + Ability to work irregular hours, often on your feet for an extended period, as dictated by events and schedule, this may include nights, weekends, and holidays, as required. + Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds, as needed. **WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:** Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
