The Opportunity: Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our B2C global marketing team. Your focus? Promoting an industry-leading educational product and helping it become the top choice for families worldwide.

This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to conventions and community events, including some weekend commitments.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in driving customer engagement and marketing acquisition efforts across the AMER region. Your responsibilities will include:

Digital Campaign Management - Use Facebook Ads Manager to create, optimize, and analyze paid campaigns.
Creative Marketing Execution - Develop, test, and refine marketing strategies to maximize campaign performance.
Campaign Coordination - Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and web teams to bring campaigns to life.
Asset Management - Organize and manage digital assets for marketing production.
Data & Performance Analysis - Track campaign outcomes and provide insights to improve KPIs.
Marketing Operations Support - Assist with planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager (1+ year preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using Excel.
Experience with project management tools like Confluence or Jira is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously with great attention to detail.
