What You'll Do:
Support engineers with lab activities, testing, documentation & prototypes
Execute test protocols and report results with accuracy
Work with lab equipment, calibration, safety procedures & routine maintenance
Assist in developing processes, equipment qualifications & technical documentation
Who We're Looking For:
6+ years experience in a regulated lab/technical environment OR
Bachelor's degree in a technical field + 1+ year of lab/R&D experience
Strong communicator, team collaborator & detail-focused problem solver
Comfortable following written procedures and documenting results
Bonus Skills: PC proficiency & ability to train junior technicians
