We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in medical reception who has a passion for patient care. Greet patients, schedule appointments, maintain records and patient accounts, and pull charts. Collect copays and apply them to correct patient accounts. Answer calls professionally. Ensuring that patients and/or messages are routed to the correct person or department. Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments or to reschedule. Must have excellent customer service and computer skills.

Wednesday and Thursday, 7 am to 5 pm, approximately 18 hours per week, with occasional fill-in shifts for sick leave or vacation.
Duties:
Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen, and current reference checks. Must be at least 18 to apply.
