We're looking for a skilled and friendly Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and a vital part of our care team. What You'll Do: + Be the first point of contact-greet patients with warmth and professionalism. + Manage patient check-ins/check-outs and maintain accurate electronic medical records. + Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with precision. + Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and support smooth clinic operations. + Collaborate with clinicians and specialists to ensure seamless patient experiences. + Rotate between front desk, phones, and back-end support for a well-rounded role. Requirements: + 1-2+ years of experience in a healthcare front desk or medical call center setting. + EPIC experience is required. + Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills. + A calm, compassionate demeanor and a team-first attitude. + High school diploma or equivalent required. Job Details: + Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional days may start at 7:45am as needed) + Pay: $19 - $22/hr. based on related experience + Pay cycle - Weekly | Medical, dental & vision benefits available for enrollment. + Location: This role will rotate between Farmington, CT & Hartford, CT offices. Farmington will be the main site and Hartford coverage will be as needed. Schedules will be provided in advance. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Farmington, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
