• Call Schedule: 24-hr coverage
  • At least 2-3 days per month
• Patient Demographics: Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, & Geriatric
• No. of Cases per day: 4-5 per 12-hrs
• Case Mix: Neuro & Ortho
• Procedures:
  • Spinals and Epidurals can be done by CRNAs; All nerve blocks done by MDs
  • Pre-op done by MD, unless it is MAC cases (CRNA can do it)
• Support Staff:
  • Neuro: Surgeon, Surgical Assistant, Scrub Tech, OR RN Circulator
  • Ortho: 2 Surgical Assistants
• Trauma Level: II
• No. of ORs: 10
• EMR: Cerner
• Other Info:
  • 100% supervised; MD/CRNA Care Model
  • CRNA Turnover Rate is very low
  • Will accept new graduates but NOT Visa candidates

Requirements:

• Active IL License or in process
• NBCRNA (US trained and boarded)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• COVID & Flu Vaccination
