Open Call: August 26, 27, and 28 (12pm to 4pm) at ilili NoMad (236 5th avenue)

Ilili Midtown, is now hiring ALL Front of House and Back of House positions. This includes:

• Server
• Back waiter
• Runner
• Bartender
• Barback
• Barista
• Line cook
• Dish washers
• Porters/ steward

As a team member at ilili, you are an ambassador of hospitality who is passionate about serving others and making people feel genuinely welcomed while maintaining the highest standards of operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests and team members feel genuinely welcomed and fundamentally honored.
• Be an advocate of all internal policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
• Help monitor and achieve company objectives in sales, service standards, and quality.
• Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.

Ideal Experience:

• One year of dining room experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of dependability and a passion for hospitality.
