Essential Duties
- work with the service advisors and to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for jobs.
- look up the parts required by technicians to complete automotive repairs.
- assist retail customers in the purchase of parts or accessories.
- assist in checking in orders and processing returns.
- aid in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- work with factory warranty and extended warranties to help process claims.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of four years directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

- Manufacturer Training
- Valid Driver's License
- KPA Haz Mat Training
- KPA Standard Training
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must not be colorblind - normal color vision is required.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to chemical and equipment hazards. The employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock.
- The noise level in the work environment can be very loud.
