This role is for a Patient Care Technician in an acute care hospital setting. Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including ambulation, positioning, hygiene, and feeding.
- Obtaining and recording vital signs, weights, and specimens.
- Assisting with patient care procedures such as incentive spirometry, oxygen therapy setup, and post-mortem care.
- Preparing rooms for admissions and discharges.
- Assisting the nursing staff in emergency situations.
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
- Performing clerical duties such as answering phones, directing calls, and performing data entry.
- Coordinating equipment and supply needs.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an OR setting.
