Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls, chat, or email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, troubleshooting, and account-related issues.
• Follow company scripts and policies to ensure efficient and professional service.
• Resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
• Maintain performance metrics , including quality, call handling, and response time.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

High-speed internet, computer, and headset that meet system requirements.
Strong communication and active listening skills .
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a remote environment .
Availability to complete training and certification (virtual).
Prior customer service, call center, or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $34,953 – $43,567 per year.
