Job Title: Senior Renewables Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

• 10 years of balance of plant distribution design from a consulting company. MEP experience could suffice as well.
• Electrical engineering efforts for renewable energy projects, ensuring successful design, implementation, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Perform detailed electrical system design, including power distribution, protection schemes, and control systems, utilizing industry-standard software tools.
• Provide expert guidance on electrical engineering matters, addressing complex technical challenges and offering innovative solutions to optimize system performance.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, and environmental engineers, to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.
• Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including NEC, IEEE, and local utility requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and review of technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors to communicate technical requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment to enhance team capabilities.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating best practices and innovative solutions into project designs and processes.
