**Sodexo** is seeking an experienced **Retail Manager** **3** to lead our **Healthcare Food Service** team at **Medstar Union Memorial Hosptial** l **ocated in Baltimore, Maryland. Medstar Union Memorial Hospital evolved** from 20-bed to a 223-bed hospital with more than 2,500 employees and a medical staff of more than 620 physicians
**What You'll Do**
The Retail Manager 2 will oversee front and back-of-house retail operations and manage a team of approximately 50 staff members. Responsibilities include retail menu and promotion development, cash handling and driving retail sales.

+ develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
+ ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
+ ensure Sodexo standards are met

**Qualifications & Requirements**
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience
MinimumManagement Experience - 2 years
MinimumFunctional Experience - 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
