Position: Appointment Setter – Roofing (Orem, Utah)
We’re looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our Roofing Appointment Setter squad. In this role, you’ll be the first connection between homeowners and our roofing experts— no selling involved , just setting appointments for free inspections. Perfect for those ready to grind, grow, and cash in on awesome incentives .
What You’ll Be Doing
Knock on doors, talk to homeowners, and schedule free roof inspections.
Be the friendly face of Tephra Roofing, explaining how we can help with storm damage, wear-and-tear, or upgrades.
Track your appointments and stay accountable.
Compete in fun team contests and incentives to keep the energy high.
Learn and grow with training to help you level up your communication skills.
What We’re Looking For
18+ years old, with a drive to succeed.
Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Availability for evenings and weekends.
Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
