Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Sales & Service Cloud)

Location : Jamaica, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

• Experience configuring and administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, including core CRM functionality and platform features.
• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy Salesforce customizations, such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflow rules.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools, including Process Builder and Flow, to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Strong proficiency in managing Salesforce security and access controls, including user profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings, to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights to stakeholders.
• Experience in Salesforce AppExchange, with the ability to evaluate, recommend, and integrate third-party applications to extend platform capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data management best practices, including data loading, cleansing, de-duplication, and data quality governance.
• Knowledge of Salesforce release cycles, with the ability to adapt configurations and custom solutions to new features and platform updates.
• Experience with Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), for advanced customization and integrations.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce query languages, including SOQL and SOSL, for efficient data retrieval and reporting.
