Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of servo driven, screen printing presses, ensuring optimal performance and quality. Kammann and Fermac presses.
• Monitor and adjust printing processes to maintain print consistency and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Review job orders and specifications to determine the appropriate materials and processes.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Keep accurate records of production output and any issues encountered during the printing process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Screen Printing Press Operator.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
