Scrum Master

Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to ensure the Scrum teams adhere to Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values. They facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and coach the team to self-organize and continuously improve.

Key responsibilities include: Leading all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives), ensuring these events are productive and time-boxed; identifying and removing impediments to the team's progress; coaching and mentoring the team and Product Owner; promoting Agile values, open communication, and transparency; acting as a liaison between the Scrum team and stakeholders; supporting Product Owner in backlog management; facilitating retrospectives and process improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with Agile tools, including Jira.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) are highly desirable.
Servant-leadership mindset.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Hybrid work schedule required; 3 days on site, 2 days work from home.
