Job Description

Job Duties:

Must have a license , this job is warehouse work with some driving duties.

• Grading lobsters by size or firmness.
• Receiving lobster crates and organizing them in our lobster tank and recording records.
• Processing lobsters by hand.
• Basic operation of nitrogen tunnel.
• Safely operating lobster cooking and cooling tanks.
• Pick and pack retail orders with packing slip.
• Work in freezer, cooler, or wet areas regularly.
• Use of fork truck, stacker, and pallet jack.
• Filling out appropriate work orders, reports, and logs, throughout the day.

Physical Demands:

• Able to lift 15 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally 
• Able to stand on feet for the duration of the shift
• Able to twist, bend, and kneel during shift as needed
