Are you detail-oriented and looking for a remote role with minimal phone work? We are hiring Quality Assurance Processors to join a growing team! This position is primarily data entry-focused, and all necessary equipment will be provided.

Your Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of information entered into internal databases
Review and evaluate assigned charts per compliance specifications
Identify and calculate specific data points within medical records
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and prevent PHI violations
Document trends and escalate urgent issues to the team lead
Understand project objectives to contribute to overall success
Occasionally contact providers by phone to verify information

Your Schedule:
Training Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM MST
Regular Hours (Post-Training): 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM MST / 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM CST
Hours may adjust slightly due to daylight savings time

What You Need to Succeed:
Must be able to work remotely full-time
Minimum 6 months of experience in data entry, compliance review, or a healthcare-related role
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with medical records, filing, or clerical work is a plus
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while staying productive and engaged
Must pass a drug test and computer assessment
No additional time off is permitted during the first 90 days

Important Notes:
This is a dedicated full-time position - employees must remain active and productive throughout their shifts.
This is not a flexible work-from-home job—employees cannot leave to run errands, pick up children, or manage other jobs during work hours.
Work activity is monitored daily to ensure engagement.
