The Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with Quantzig internal teams and client stakeholders to shape and deliver technology solutions that address complex business problems.
• Business Analysis & Solution Design: Thoroughly analyze client business challenges and translate them into comprehensive technical designs that align with industry’s best practices.
• Technical Implementation: Design and implement technical features using best practices specific to the technology stack being used, ensuring the solutions are robust and scalable.
• Development & Problem-Solving: Assist in the development phases of client projects, applying strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and optimize performance.
• Project Methodology & Execution: Utilize appropriate development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and quality assurance measures to ensure successful and timely project completion.
• Project Planning & Support: Provide strategic guidance to team members in creating detailed project plans, aligning development timelines with client expectations.
• Requirements Interpretation: Collaborate with the development team to accurately interpret and implement business requirements, ensuring solutions meet client objectives.

The Profile

Technical Requirement:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau (or) Power BI dashboards and visualizations tailored to pharmaceutical analytics, with a focus on commercial, prescription, and brand insights.
• Implement calculated fields, parameters, filters, and dynamic storytelling techniques to address unique challenges within pharma data.
• You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
