Role Overview:
As a server at Tailgaters Sports Bar & Grill, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience. Your ability to engage with customers, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain a positive demeanor will contribute significantly to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests promptly, answering their questions, and providing recommendations on menu items and beverages.

• Service Excellence: Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to coordinate service and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Problem Resolution: Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, serving stations, and storage areas.
• Sales Enhancement: Promote specials and upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
