The Susan Horak group is looking for efficient, safety-minded, self-starters. We have long term work available for the right candidate in a variety of positions for commercial and residential construction developments.

Applicants should have residential or commercial construction industry experience, a reliable vehicle or transportation, and the ability to provide some of their own tools.

Applicants with special skills, such as concrete finishing, sheetrocking, carpentry, and licensed workers* such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical are in high demand for this company.

He/She should be familiar with the construction industry safety standards to ensure project security and able to work with minimal supervision.

Applicants should be able to:

• Lift heavy loads up to 70 pounds.
• Navigate construction terrain.
• Perform set up and clean up at the job site.
• Provide general labor support as needed.
• Be well versed in a variety of construction Skill sets

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 1+ years’ in the construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of construction principles.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred experience:

• Basic plumbing, electrical & HVAC.
• Proficient framing.
• Basic concrete work& flooring installation.
