Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM-I), the Program Technician III (PT-III) serves as a key resource and point of contact for both Retailer customers and Lottery staff, performing research and processing sensitive account information. The PT-III is responsible for handling internal and external customer inquiries, maintaining financial records, processing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. This role requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively assist internal and external stakeholders, along with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. The PT-III must collaborate with team members, adapt to evolving processes, and demonstrate flexibility in meeting organizational goals.

This position is headquartered at the Sacramento Headquarters location and is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule. Employees must be able to report to their assigned headquarters office as assigned. Travel expense to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee. The position requires the incumbent to work Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. This is a hybrid remote/inperson environment with a requirement of up to four days per week in-office.
