Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:   Manage reservations, bookings, and confirmations with a focus on providing   exceptional customer service .
  
• Communication & Support:   Interact with clients via   phone, email, and chat   to assist with inquiries, itinerary updates, and travel adjustments.
  
• Data Entry & Transaction Management:   Accurately input client information, process payments, and issue invoices or receipts as needed.
  
• Travel Research & Coordination:   Stay informed on   travel trends, destinations, and industry policies   to provide expert recommendations
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must Live in and is Legally Authorized to Work in the US
  
• Must be  18 years or older
  
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills   with a friendly, professional demeanor
  
• High attention to detail   and accuracy in data entry
  
• Self-motivated & goal-oriented   with a strong work ethic
  
• Passionate about   helping clients create memorable travel experiences
  
• Tech-savvy with the ability to   navigate booking platforms, CRM systems, and online tools
