Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Veeva CRM Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of Veeva CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Veeva CRM, Salesforce, and Life Sciences industry processes . This role requires technical leadership, system architecture knowledge, and hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Veeva CRM to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Veeva CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements , ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and business users.
• Configure and customize Veeva CRM, including Veeva Vault, CLM, and Veeva Align .
• Develop and maintain custom objects, Apex triggers, workflows, validation rules, and process automation .
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 .
• Work closely with Salesforce teams to integrate Veeva CRM with enterprise systems .
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance , and implement best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to junior developers and end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with Veeva CRM updates and new features to improve system functionality.
