We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in project management and construction to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating single-ply roofing projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of single-ply roofing materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing resources effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, and progress reports.
• Assist in preparing and presenting project status updates to stakeholders.
• Support in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures during installation.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
• Foster effective communication within the project team and subcontractors.
• Assist in resolving issues and addressing challenges to ensure a cohesive work environment.
• Enforce and promote adherence to safety regulations and protocols on-site.
• Facilitate safety meetings and training sessions for the project team.
• Support in maintaining positive relationships with clients and addressing their concerns.
• Assist in addressing client change orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor project budgets and control costs.
• Track expenses and assist in preparing financial reports.

Qualifications

• Commercial Roofing Experience highly desirable.
• Experience in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Previous experience in commercial roofing projects, particularly single-ply systems.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
