Are you a skilled electrician with leadership experience who thrives in fast-paced environments? Our client, a well-established electrical contractor, is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise and coordinate on-site teams for commercial and industrial projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a lead role with a respected company that has been delivering reliable electrical services for over four decades.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of electricians and apprentices on active job sites
Plan and execute daily and weekly project schedules
Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and team accountability
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Troubleshoot project challenges with quick thinking and effective solutions

Candidate Requirements:

Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License
Minimum 5 years of electrical experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding electrical systems and local codes
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
